This Christmas we have brought together a warming blend of Mexican ingredients into a luxurious stout.

Noche Buena’s mass of heavy, black malts lend notes of rich, dark chocolate, while the infusion of coconut, cacao nibs, tonka beans and habanero peppers gives you sweetness, depth and complexity.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of cake, vanilla, malt and tonka beans, with estery hints. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with notes of cinnamon, malt, tonka and vanilla. Roasty and spicy aftertaste with touches of yeast and malt. A nice one. Well-balanced and spicy but not aggressive.

On tap at Fermentoren. Black with a small off-white head. Heavy vanilla-coconut aroma from Tonga beans, with chocolate and roasted malt. Sweet chocolate, vanilla and Tonga bean flavour. Way too much, but it's got a decent balance and is enjoyable in a small glass
