Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite smoky and gently fruity aroma of smoked ham, lemon peel, pineapple and passion fruit. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite smoky and rather fruity taste of smoked ham, lemon peel, sauerkraut, pineapple and light grains, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly bitter and a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Grätzer, a bit thin and too hoppy for my liking, I prefer the more classic approach.

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, rauchiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, grasig hopfig, leicht säuerlich, rauchig, getreidig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

W aromacie wędzonka, oscypek, winogrona, kiwi, agrest, pomelo. Dziwne połączenie, ale nie jest źle. jest ciekawie. W smaku mniej wędzonki niż w aromacie. Poza nią jest chmielowo: kiwi, agrest, winogrono. Goryczka zaznaczona, całkiem wysoka. Niestety przez zbyt niską wędzonkę odczucie ciała jest niskie, piwo wydaje się wodniste. Piwo oryginalne, całkiem ciekawe i smaczne.

500 ml can. Unclear cloudy yellow with a big fluffy foamy head. Grassy Nelson Sauvin hops, pear, smoked wheat, bread, lemon zest, hints of clove and banana. Dry mild sourness, smoky umami, slightly sweet. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry smoky citrussy finish. An excellent thirst quencher.

Rauchiger, mild getreidiger Beginn. Leichte Bitternoten, ansteigende Herbe, die milde Süße unterstützt die Rauchigkeit, schlanker Körper. Sehr süffig, konstante Aromatik, mittellanger Abgang. Gelungen. 6/9/11/9/10/10

Can. Malty and hoppy aroma and taste, smokyness, citrus fruit, light sour, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy smoky sour and bitter finish. Ok.

500ml can. Hazy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Mildly smoky, slightly dusty and peppery, yeasty spicy, as well as grassy hoppy aroma, hints of smoked pork sausage, a touch of smoked pepper. Taste is watery, mildly smoky, pale malty with subtle residual sweetness, slightly grassy and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of smoked sausage, a touch of lemon and white grapes. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Nice composition, a tad too watery, even for the style - good.
