Our rye grisette aged in Foudre was passed over a large quantity of blueberries from Roxton Pond (400 grams per liter of beer), double what is used for the Funk La La. After refermentation, the beer is returned to oak barrels for a period of 9 months to develop complexity and round off the edges. The result is a bright purple-red beer, with blueberry aromas complemented by slightly vinous, woody and funky accents. We are very satisfied with the result, blueberries being a capricious fruit, sometimes difficult to highlight in beer, and we think that you will be won over by this beer which presents it with frankness and finesse.

A rosé red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, blackberries, very nice. Bottle at mondiale 2024.

At BXL. Deep ruby. Quite fruity, dry berry skins, grapes, vanilla, wheat. Solid medium sour. Looks great, tastes OK. Very fruity but not really blueberries
