2 years barrel aged strong dark ale aged on pinot noir barrels. Very complex nose and taste from 10 different malts and the present of wild cultures in the barrels, full body red wine taste.

A: hazy black, small, foamy, beige head.
A: tobacco, fondant, espresso, vanilla, prune.
T: sweet-sour prune, pear, vanilla, fudge.
F: herbal hops, wet tobacco, dried fruit, vanilla, warming brandy-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Rather messy but not bad.
