Can. A dark brown beer with a small dark beige head. The aroma has dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, hazelnut and alcohol. Brown sugar too. It's full bodied and warming, sweet and cloying, with lots of brown sugar in the flavor. Caramel sauce, dark chocolate and some roasted malts and coffee. Nutty. Lasting finish with a bit too much sweetness. Just like the initial flavor. 240920

Delvis forståelige notater fra møteprotokollen, a/s Nor-Horn GF-2024, elegant gjennomført på Cafe Sara. Etter en krevende agenda avbrutt av hyppige tissepauser har vi nå bikket over i dessertavdelingen, og stemningen er tilsvarende: brunsvart med kort skum. Dessertkaffe, mørke karamellchokolader, hasselnøtter, kanel, log vanilje. Ikke glem lønnezirupp, snøvler representant Andersen. Etter en høylydt votering blir vi enige om å svinge innom Crow Bar for en klargjørende oppsummering av kveldens agenda.
