Taste: Sweet malt is complimented by an intense character of pipe tobacco and cherry blossom. An assertive roast character from the chicory root follows through, with hints of menthol, herbal hoppiness and umami. Best enjoyed under the stars after an evening of smoke sauna.
Appearance: Dark black with a foamy dark brown head.
Nose: Black bread, burnt sugar, and molasses jump out with liquorice, umami, and a hint of foraged mushrooms.
Malts: Pilsner zero, Munich malt, Carafa special T-2, Chocolate rye, Cara pale, Cara 300, Oat malt, Dark sugar
Hops: Magnum, Northern Brewer, Chicory root coffee

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, roasted malt and dried fruit. Pours pitch black color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet but rich roasted malt and chocolate, following is leathery, nutty, dried fruity and coffeeish, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is pretty bitter. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Porter day for the last 2023 day…
