Levitation is what we'd almost consider our flagship perry blend, and we are very proud to present the 2021 vintage. A blend of Oberösterreicher Weinbirne, Conference, Luxemburger and Kirchensaller Mostbirne. Aged on the lees for eight months.

Bittle at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. Clear pale brushed petrol coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, pear, white sugars, white pear,. Light dusty. Flavour is composed of drying white pear, midget gems, lime. Pithy clean. Fresh.. Crisp white pear. Palate is tart and crisp, highish carbonation.

Nose is pear, straw, grains, light herb.
Taste comprises orchard wood, vinous, sharp pear, apple skins, hay bale.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close.

Bottle split at Lost in West, Sheffield. Pours clear gold with a fizzy white foam head that disappeared. Aroma: perry pear, pear skin, light floral. Taste: moderate sweet, towards dry, perry pear, fruity, tangy, somewhat tannic. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

31/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright golden with a copper tint and a few bubbles. Aroma of perry pear, flowers, citrus, woody and funky edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Very dry finish.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rpgm. Sparkling, golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruity, floral. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fruity, tangy, woody, some citric acidity and with drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying lightly tart and tannic finish. Nicely drinkable,
