This beer is also bottom-fermented; it is fermented at a lower temperature, which gives the beer a fresh and subtle character. Only German noble hops are added. This makes a clean, fresh and low alcoholic beer that you can keep on drinking.

Tap @ the brewery. Cloudy yellow color. Nice dense white head. Aroma’s: fresh fruity, wheaty. Retronasal it’s a bit sweet, light fruity, wheaty. Flavor is light to moderate sweet, light herbs/spices. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, a bit herbal/spicy. Nothing shocking, but well brewed "wit"bier.
