750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, tangy, tart, acidic, with meaty, leathery funk, and drying earthy bittersharp tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
