This is our Brettanomyces fermented cider from cider apples from Ross cider (80% Dabinett & 20% Browns). We have bottle conditioned with a Champagne yeast and a little sugar. Super dry, sparkling, delightful to drink,

750m bottle from Holy GrAle, Durham. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, funk, wood. Taste is tangy, apple, funky, bready, yeasty, with wine-like notes, acetic hints, sourness and drying woody tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy sourish & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
