Hand pull at Little Owl near NEC, Birmingham. Clear pale straw colour, no head. Mellow pulp like apple cider but still has a leather and woody note to it. Slick Medium bodied, still. Good.

Cask at Crown. Pours a clear yellow gold with a thin white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has dry apple and a hint of flora and a light oak supporting. Flavor has dry and slightly earthy apple with a bit of oak in the finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow medium dry fruity tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

16/6/2023. From BIAB at the 18th Braintree Real Ale Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubby white head. Aroma of apple, citrus, slightly funky notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Light dry finish. Quite nice.

From cask at The Mitre in Greenwich after seeing The Duke at Greenwich Picturehouse 06.03.22. Clear pale golden. No head. Aroma and taste of red apples, yellow apples and bitter apple zest. A hint of leather in aftertaste. Uncarbonated. Good drinkability.
