13/5/2025. Bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Enjoyed in perfect cider weather. Pours clear bright golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is fruity semi-sweet apple, very slight sulphur and caramel. Medium sweetness, drying with light citric tartness. Medium body, light sparkling carbonation. Nicely done.

500ml bottle from Ad Astra. Clear golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, some skin and core, with woody & funk hints, drying tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
