Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, caramel hint, orchardy, barnyard funk, woody with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drikable.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 21/05/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a just off white cap that thins to swirl ... good head presence for a cider. Nose is apple skins, light caramel, crisp apple, sugars, Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light barnyard nip, modest funk, apple skin, tannins, farmyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid well balanced bitter sweet affair, crisp, refreshing with just a hit of funk.
