This is the fourth vintage cider. They make sure to feed all pulp to local cattle, so that no nutritional value wasted. Over the course of making just this cider, they managed to save 4.4 tonnes of fruit with the people of Perthshire.

330ml can from Wee Beer Shop. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, some funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fleshy, pear, with melon, peach hints, alittle funk, and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Can in the lodge. Pours clear golden, nose is apple, floral, little funk, taste is similar, crisp, zesty, nice funky edge.
