GONZO is everything we love about Pilsner-crisp clean malt and a traditional Germanic hop flavour using Hallertau Mittelfruh and Perle hops. We’ve combined floral, herbal and spice aromas with a subtle bitterness that leaves you wanting more. Wherever you’re headed-GONZO is your new favourite drinking buddy..

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is biscuit malt. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, malt, earthy, light floral, yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. One of the better pilsners I’ve tasted.

440ml can from Abyss. Gluten Free. Yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, bread, citric hop. Taste is sweetish, malt, grain, bready, and tangy, fruity, with citrusy, grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable,

Keg at Shelter Hall streetfood market, Brighton, unfortunately in a plastic glass. Hazy pale yellow with a light fizz and a thin white head. Grassy hops through and through; just a touch of chalkiness and corn. Clean, crisp, light, refreshing and flavoursome. Just right for supping whilst sat outside overlooking the sea on a warm day, which fortunately was what I was doing. Went very well with a delicious Italian platter. A decent pils.
