This batch includes apples harvested from trees standing on Gill Ridge overlooking Crowborough, picked in the company of sheep and horses on a blustery autumn day. We’re not sure exactly which apple varieties went into this one but we are very happy with the crisp clean finish and and great big apple punch it delivers. Summer in a glass!

Cask @ Park Tavern, Macclesfield. Hazed golden in colour. Dry with a lightly sweetened apple flavour, and some bitterness in the finish.

330ml bottle from Bignose & Beardy. Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with a vegetal note, straw and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
