75cl bottle shared with Soph at Shrewsbury Castle listening to Shrewsbury Symphony Orchestra. Hazed gold appearance. Rustic orchard aroma. Taste presents a rustic, earthy blend, good tannic presence, wild funk with a natural fruitiness some pippy core notes but nice depth overall. Good stuff.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is slightly tart, apple, fruity, fleshy, earthy, with some skin and core, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying fruity acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
