28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of fleshy apple, apple juice, flowers. Nice sweet and tangy sharp taste. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 08/05/23. Lightly hazed golden orange with a thin white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is apple skins, herb, hedgerow, damp straw, light sugars. Taste comprises cooking apples, vinous, light sugars, apple pie. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay if not one I'd go back to.

750ml bottle from Broughton Bank Cidery Cellar. Yellowy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, apple, some tartness, with caramel, vanilla, custard hint, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet and drying finish. Quite drinkable.
