28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is of sharp green apple, solvent, funk, wood, white grape, tannic notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness, quite dry. Enjoyable.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate! Pours a straw yellow with a fine mist. Aroma of sour apple funk. Taste is fairly sour with natural wild nuances, tangy acetic linger on the finish, perhaps a little salt with additional citrussy moments. Interesting.

750ml bottle from Chatsworth House. No. 116, Vintage 2022. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of soured apple, acetic funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, sour, fruity, citric rind, with acetic funk and salty notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sourish sidra finish. Nicely drinkable.
