Pale yellow colour, big fizzy white foam head that quicky dissipates away and aroma of perry pear, floral, hints of bread, straw. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, tangy, tart, citric, woody, with some acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a generally clear gold with a fine mist. Cork has a nice pop with an immediate spritz. Aroma of gently sweet perry fruit, straw. Slight woody hint to an excellent perry pear fruit character, with a nice spritz. Moderately sweet. Very good overall.
