750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2021 Vintage. For #rgpm. Sparkling, hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, floral, citric, woody, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, floral, fruity, pear flesh, alittle funk, with some tartness and citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry tart citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Fergoose, 10/02/20. Pale almost translucent yellow with white spotting that soon dissipates. Nose is pear drop, hint of glue, sweet and tangy orchard fruit, grass. Taste comprises bitter sweet pears, vinous tones, orchard wood, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent perry … not too sweet … balances well.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 10/02/2020. From the Hereford cider museum A light hazed pale petrol coloured pour with a small fizz. Aroma is lovely semi sweet, candied pear, elderflower, floral notes, . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, candied pear, juicy condensed pear, mellow elderflower, pez sweets, white sugars, light tang. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, massaging carbonation.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear, pale yellow. Tasty, a little on the sweet side, has some peach, ripening pears, golden apples. Light to medium bodied with spritz carbonation. Sweet finish, a little musty. Nice one.
