500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, funk, mucky hints. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, juicy, citrus, with barnyard funk, leather, wood and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
