14/11/2023. Cask pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is dark fruits, malt, ash, roasted malt, chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness, light fruity tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily and watery, average carbonation.

Cask at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Gluten Free. Black colour, beige foam head and aroma of malt, caramel, roasted, chocolate. Taste is roasty malt, chocolate & coffee, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roast bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
