28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, leafy, vanilla, light floral and herbal notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Slight dry, citric, tannic finish. Not bad.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate! Misty pale gold appearance. Not much aroma. Fine carbonation. Crisp palate, with sharp citrus, medium dry apple tones, apple skin, finishing dry. Ok.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 08/05/23. Clear light golden with a fast escaping white head. Nose is crisp apple, straw, hint of sugar, apple skins, lemon zest. Taste comprises apple orchard, vinous, tannins, apple skin, bitter orchard edge. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white edge. Aroma is semi sweet, dry apple, quince, lemon rind, floral pear notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, anf tart, granny smith, tart quince, pear, prickly apple. woody notes, floral notes. Palate is tart and crisp, prickly, fine carbonation. Nice. tart refreshing cide.

750ml bottle from Broughton Bank Cider cellar. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, mellow fruit. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some tartness and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
