28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, leafy, vanilla, light floral and herbal notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Slight dry, citric, tannic finish. Not bad.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate! Misty pale gold appearance. Not much aroma. Fine carbonation. Crisp palate, with sharp citrus, medium dry apple tones, apple skin, finishing dry. Ok.

750ml bottle from Broughton Bank Cider cellar. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, mellow fruit. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some tartness and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
