Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A clearid gold coloured pour with halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody pear, grassy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy pineapple, Nelson sauvin, dry whiye grape , tangy Sour, vinegar. Smoky, lellm rind.

Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Clear golden with a moderate just off white covering. Nose is light smoke, funky apple, pork scratchings, hedgerow, herb. Taste comprises apple pulp, straw, light smoke, funk, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish and tart, tangy, fruity apple, floral, with some funk and light drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
