(Bag-in-box, Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 24 Nov 2022) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity nose with apples, citrus, pineapple, wood and floral aromas. Fruity, sweetish taste with notes of apples, mandarin, pineapple and a slight tannic touch in a sweet finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Rich and tasty. Very nice.

Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Lightly hazed golden yellow with an off white cap that retains well for a cider. Nose is funky apple, earthy, light smoke, hedgerow. Taste comprises orchard wood, apple skins, earthy, smoke, tannins, light barnyard. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent scrumpy ... not too sweet despite being billed as such.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Slightly hazed orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rustic apple, leather, farmhouse funk. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, fruity, tangy, with orchardy funk, leather, meaty notes, and spicy dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
