The essence of a Heather moor in a bottle. Heather Sparkling Mead reflects the pinnacle of the beekeeping season, the annual migration to the Heather Moors. The resulting Sparkling Mead is not only the longest to produce but carries the deepest flavour profile of any of the Sparkling Meads.

18/7/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear sparkling pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is intense honey, flowers, heather, light herb. Quite heavy honey sweetness. Moderate body, carbonation has a light sparkle. Sweet honey dominates the finish. Liked it.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Clear pale golden colour, fizzy white bubbly foam head and aroma of honey, floral, heather. Taste is sweet, honey, flowery, heather, herbal, and spicy, bready, with some citric tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying heathery finish. Nicely drinkable.
