18/7/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep maroon brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of honey, toffee, fried banana fritters, hazelnut, boozy notes. Quite heavy sweetness. Full bodied, thick and sticky, no carbonation. Warming sweet alcohol finish. Delicious sweet sipper.

350ml bottle from Brew Cavern. Deep reddish brown colour, no head and aroma of honey, caramel, banana, hazelnut. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, with banana notes, mellow caramel, some hazelnut and warming booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet and warm finish. Very sippable.
