On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow. Grapefruit, grass, little melon trying to fight through, dry dusty finish. Medium body. Not good.

Can (10/20/21) pour. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with finger-width off-white head with poor retention and decent lacing. Aroma is cardboard, mix of sweet and tart fruit, vegetal/herbal. Taste is strong nonspecific sweet fruit (dank) and later pale malt backbone. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, from the description it would seem Galaxy and Mosaic would be the stars but Simcoe seems to dominate. A little too carbonated. Not bad but disappointing.

Head gone in seconds; pale yellow beer. Lime, kafir lime, cilandro, fresh green leaves to a very attractive nose. Bitter taste with citrus, grapefruit essentially - classic. Medium bodied, slick, feels better carbonated than it probably is. Attractive, textbook IPA.

Can sourced from Drikbeer and drunk at home for Stockport County v Hartlepool United - pours a hazy yellow colour with a white head. Vibrant tropical citrus fruity with notes of passionfruit, mango, tangerine, and grapefruit delivered, citrus peel, some mosaic induced blueberry and bubblegum, sweet malty support, piney light bitter hoppy finish. Drinks well, tasty and refreshing.
