Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy golden straw with a finger of white foam that lingers. Dried pith, pineapple and citrus on the nose. Palate is very similar...leans dry and pithy on the finish. Enjoyable.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of passion fruit, mango, guava and biscuit. Pours hazy dark straw color with medium sized soapy off-white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy unripe tropical fruity, following is piney, herbal and stone fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. There is something nice…

Canned 4/14/22, drunk 5/10/22. Ultra-pale, white-gold with pale bronze and a large, well-retained white head. Turbid. Lime, peach, mango, pine and light white wine all come across strongly aromatic with maybe a bit more of the lime and pine than I'd prefer. Sparse, biscuity/crackery malts and clean yeast with no alcohol or flaw. Bitter and dry in the mouth, though excellently malty, bordering creamy, with high attenuation. Lime, passion fruit, white wine and pine as the Galaxy and Simcoe vie for dominance. An afterthought of punchy peach, lemon and light grapefruit show the mosaic. Don't love Galaxy with either of these hops, as I think Galaxy's worst qualities (its extremely sharp, almost pine/pith character and heavy earthiness) are exacerbated by these other two brutish hops. Otherwise, this is a clean, well-done IPA that is mostly a nod to the West Coast, being New England in appearance and texture only. Low juiciness, no sweetness, very high bitterness.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft MN. Pours a hazy dully yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has pre ripe mango and dank citrus with a bit of lemon grass and light marijuana underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and dank mango with a bit of marijuana and light sweetgrass in the finish.
