Hoppy Amber Ale

Amber to red in color.Aroma of gooseberry, grapefruit and light caramel. Medium body with a creamy finish. Tastes of citrus, with notes of caramel and a strong malty backbone. Heading down the Transpeninsular Highway, below the state line, you encounter another treacherous section of road consisting of curves and pitches. San Ignacio to Santa Rosalía is shadowed by three dormant volcanoes. These three beauties reflect a Golden Amber color when the sun starts to set. There’s not many like them found in the world... Hence 3 Virgins.

Tap. Clear amber-orange color with off-white head. Aroma is grains, caramel, grassy hops, berries. Taste is grains, bready, but also sweet jamminess from the hops. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad, but not too impressive either - again a bit sweet.
