Process: A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Yellow Pershore plums grown in Worcestershire.
Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release.

Bottle shared at the CBJ tasting, thanks to Fergus, 15/11/23. Moderately hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is tangy orange, wood must, funk, grains, herb. Taste comprises funk, hedgerow, soured plums, straw, light acidic bimble. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte drying close. Decent enough sour but no wow.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours hazed gold with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with nice funk, soft berry notes, mellow acidity. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly dry in the finish, nips of strawberries, watermelon, lemony tang. Good stuff.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to Mr Frog for the can. A light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Woody mellow ripe citrus, modest funk. Dry finish. Pretty approachable.
