Аромат вроде и нормальный но очень странный для кваса. Как будто какие то фрукты, немного хлеба легкого. Цвета вообще почти никакого нет, очень прозрачный. На вкус можно пить, но это вообще не квас. Пьется как лимонад, типо колокольчика. Есть то ли яблоки то ли груша, весьма сладкий. Только какие то дрожжи в конце выдает что это квас. Можно пить, но это не квас.

1,5l plastic bottle from Skazka grocery shop, Chaussée de Wavre 890, Brussel. F: thin, off-white, quick gone. C: straw, clear. A: bready, bit watery caramel, bit fruity. T: light fruity, nice fruity sour like lemon touch, bready, bit caramel, medium carbonation, simple yet nice refreshing.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 14/12/15. Pale yellow coloured straw pour with a thin white head. Aroma is tart bread, sour dough, sweet malt. Flavour is composed of sweet, sticky Rye, bready, tart, hint of citrus Palate is sweet and sour, low carbonation. Sticky terrible.

750ml bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Unusual colour for kvass, which is usually light or dark brown. Aroma of bread and yeast. Taste is bread and slighly more sour than sweet.

Cloudy yellow colour, minimal head. Aroma of bread, wheat, yeast. Light body. Tastes pleasantly & crispy sweet with a sour note growing up to the finish. A very refreshing drink.
