For our second fresh hop release of the season we’re bringing the fruit! Mid Harvest Juicy IPA is heavily hopped with 100% whole cone Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, all picked fresh and added to the kettle immediately upon arrival at our brewery. In the juicy IPA style these hops deliver major tropical fruit flavors, as well as citrus, peach and nectarine. Tests from the lab have not come back yet, but we believe that it does in fact “got more flavor than fruit stripe gum!”. Enjoy one while it's fresh, wherever fine beer is poured and sold.

10/XI/22 - 1Pt. can from a trade, shared @ home, BB: n/a, canned: IX/19/22, named “hazy IPA” on the can, but later on they changed the name of the beer afterwards on untappd to “juicy IPA” Simcoe / Citra / Mosaic (2022-1453) Thanks to Aaron for the trade!

Completely clear beer, I guess that’s why they changed the name on untappd from “hazy IPA” to “juicy IPA”, orange to blond coloured. Big solid creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy, weird, ginger notes, a bit fruity, a hint of sulphur. This isn’t very good. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: gentle bitterness up front, a bit grassy, ginger touch, chemical notes, toothpaste, glue. Aftertaste: very bitter, a bit unpleasant and chemical, not bad, not great either, the fresh hopping in this beer clearly doesn’t right to these otherwise wonderful hops.
