Wild Cherry Saison. Bursting with cherry aroma and flavour. The tartness interplays with the sweetness of cherries. Finishing very dry and spritzy with a long cherry, vanilla flavour.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%. Clear signal red colour, moderate to small off-white to pink head. Aroma of sour cherries, solvent, almonds and detergent. Thin mouthfeel. Dry flavour with notes of sour cherries, cherry kernels, solvent and bittering hops. Not a beer for me. Apparently the impossible takes more than week.

375ml bottle, kindly shared by Finn. The noisy pour reveals a pinkish head over a next-to-clear orange-reddish body, poor lacing. Moderate smell of berry skins, mid-sweet. Mixed taste of cherries and saison fruits, woody. Drying close, with moments of cherry. Just okay. (Tromsø, 25.06.2023).

Delt med Rune på Vervet. Rosenrød. Litt uklar. Rosa skum som daler sakte. Tydelig kirsebæraroma. Smaken tørr. Kirsebær. Forsiktig tørr bitter avslutning.

Pickled dill nose. Strange up front, but lovely in the palate. Not especially cherry. Nice tart funk

22/1/2022. Draught at Stoneworks, Peterborough. Pours clear pale red with a small frothy white head. Aroma of cherry, berry, wood, vanilla, grass, hints of watermelon and beet. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Interesting.
