Honey IPA 8,0% che si differenzia dall’API Treatment® perchè in queste ultime il miele fa parte di un trattamento che serve ad amplificare i profumi e gli aromi del luppolo mentre in questa Honey IPA il ruolo che vogliamo affidare al miele è quello di protagonista nel gusto, assieme ai luppoli Talus, Nectaron e Citra.

A: honey, pineapple, apricot, tangerine peel, shallot.
T: sweetish pear & pineapple, honey & biscuit, bit spicy.
F: piney hops, bittersweet honey, dry tangerine peel.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Obvious honey but there's enough balance.

Head gone in seconds; fully hazy yellow beer, not very carbonated. C-hops, lunaria, hopvines, muscatgrapes. Obvious C-hops, citrus, lunaria, nectarine and a bit of grapes. Citrus gradually moving to orange. Medium bodied, not very carbonated, bit lifeless. There's more here that could be exploited. Att! way of pouring on the festival might be partly culpable!

Clear deep yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very fruity, peaches, dank hops, very nice, lovely beer, really love the smell! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bitter start, hoppy, very resinous, tropical fruits, juicy, lots of mango, lovely, really nice stuff! Aftertaste: pretty bitter, very fruity, juicy, some tropical fruits, bitter finish.
