Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Clear golden colour, no head. Fine carbonation. It's mostly a cider, little grain / oud bruin to be found. Smooth and nice level of acidity.

Draught No head; copperish golden beer. Apples, brown candi sugar, cinnamon baked apples, faint sour apple acidity. Lemon, sour apple, applecore, again traces of brown candi sugar. Lactic acid and fruitacid(s). Bit sherry-like, if sweeter. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slick. Not bad.

19/VIII/23 - on tap @ Gents Bierfestival (Gent), BB: n/a (2023-483) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sourish impression, nice, a bit lemony. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sour start, really acidic, lots of green apples, bitter, dry. Aftertaste: sourish, clean acidity, a bit lemony, very acidic, more green apples, a bit of vinegar, dry finish.
