Jam-packed with complex malts like Munich and heavily malted wheat, cool lagered for weeks and enlivened by the late addition of New Zealand hops, this German-style black beer will have you over the moon in a cosmic odyssey of dark depth and flavour.

Can. Darkish brown with a beige head. Modest aroma of cocoa, coffee, light roast, bread. A little body, sweetness and hints of fruit but the coffee and roast come through before a moderately bitter finish. Pleasant and well-balanced quaffer.
