In a quest to up the ante on the concept of the typical seasonal release, Four Seasons is a 4-part series in which the same lineup of raw ingredients is used in each of the quarterly releases across the year, adjusting only proportions to revamp the style to suit the season.

The long, grey winter requires something to brighten the gloom of the short days while retaining enough vigour to warm the cockles from within. A Triple West Coast IPA perfectly pairs the vibrance of fresh hops with the bold intensity of a high-gravity style. Cozy, yet refreshing!

Can - 8C. Clear amber with a good cm of off-white head. Oozy aroma of pine needles & twigs, kumquat, breadcrust. So it tastes. Just short of luscious malt with a long finish that gradually gathers up and funnels the flavours to a piney point. Feels majestic but not overly heavy. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Hawkers do big IPAs well and this is perhaps their best so far.
