(Can 5.5%) Pours very dark brown with tiniest pale tan head. Nice aroma, dominantly coffee, with notes of vanilla. Full bodied, smooth with very fine carbonation. Good taste. Coffee again dominant with notes of vanilla and dark roast grain. There’s some pleasant sweetness to balance the black coffee bitterness. Very well done with good balance and very drinkable.

Can. Black; a tan head is gone in a trice. 3- Assertive dark roasted coffee aroma with some caramel and vanilla. Smooth texture. Very sweet with the overt lactose being the icecream. But balanced by really quite bitter coffee and roast. Not totally my sort of thing but well done.

Pours black with a large pale tan head.Nose shows coffee and roasted malt, oatmeal and soft vanilla.Flavours include more coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, and some well-integrated lactose sweetness.

From a 330ml bottle on 14/8/2019. Pours a deep brown with a smallish tan head. The aroma is strong with lots of vanilla against a background of coffee. Tastes of sweet milk and dark chocolate, and vanilla, with lots of strong coffee in the background and mild roasty bitterness. The texture is quite creamy with the lactose coming to the fore. The carbonation is moderate. Very tasty and well made.
