75cl bottle from GBBF, 2011. Drank at home. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Quite herby. Sweet spice and tangerine aroma. Bitter citrus taste, sharp bitterness. Bitter-fruit finish.

Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Deep golden-orange with a high, pillowy head. Golden malt aroma, honey, lemon, grains. Sweet, citric flavor, tasty and well balanced. Nice bitterness. Full, smooth body. Rather sweet. Not exceptional but good

Draught @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere
Pours orangish yellow with a foamy head. Aroma has hints of fruits, grass and yeast. Taste is fruity and spicy. Nice smooth and fruity finish. Quite generic, but enjoyable tripel.

Bottle: deep golden, hazy, stable firm off-white head with a good lace; solid hoppy nose with a solid -as well - malty-bready background; full bitter-sweet flavour, soft & medium bodied; lingering hoppy and sweet-fruity finish. Fine and complex stuff...............

(75cl bottle) Hazy, deep golden to orange colour with a short creamy white head. Sweet and slightly bready (cara-)malty with aromatic fruity notes of grapefruit and pineapple, accompanied by floral and spicy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Robust malty base with a bready touch and grape-fruity accents; sweet and malt-accented finish with an aromatic herbal and slightly zesty hoppy blend. Aromatic stuff (22.VII.09).

Slightly cloudy dark golden with a lasting off-white head. Caramel, honey and a little spice in the aroma. Dry and malty flavour, with honey, a little hops, yeast and alcohol. Gave a slightly oxidized impression.

75cl bottle @ Poechenellekelder, Brussels. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet of caramel, malts, yeast and orange fruits. A bit vinous. Strong and malty caramel with lots of dried fruit. Vinous, smooth and full bodied. Matured and sweet - just right. Warmth from alcohol. Fine.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 18 Dec 2008) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, flowers and apricot. Fruity, floral taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, apricots and a generous grassy bitterness in the finish. Fresh and tasty with a hint of alcohol bite and some sweetness towards the end. Very nice beer.

(Bottle 75 cl) Comes as "Bink Tripel". Slightly hazy golden with a fine, creamy off-white head. Sweetish aroma of malt and fruit with some yeast. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt base of pale malts and fruit accents. Unfortunately also an underlying fusty edge. Ends bitter with quite some alcohol showing. 211008
