Bottle at Drinkoteka, thanks guys! Shiny red body, hazy off-white head. Huge, sweetish sour raspberry aroma. Sweetish taste, raspberries, funk, but the body, quite sour, appears to evaporate in seconds, all the tastes are nice and lively, but the magic trick it's doing ends up being slightly annoying, because it's actually tasty! Overly dried out I guess, but lovely.

75cl. bottle Best before 2027 Alc. 6.3% Sold as Rubus of Rose 2021 in mikkeller webshop barcode 740017100588 No year or blend info above the barcode Aroma is dusty and fruity. Fresh ripe raspberries, lambic like sour beer balance, very pleasant aroma From aroma alone I have a hard time determining if they used sugar to moderate the sourness. Perhaps it's just bc lots of sweetish fruits were used. Flavor does not leave room for sugar. Very acidic, vinagre style and then the fresh raspberries. Tastes like it is very well sour and acidic, cleans out my teeth instantly. The wild ale is very intense indeed, in the style of belgian wild ales that taste like vinegar salad dressing, only this one definetly was not powered down with sugar. surely a crazy wild ale. foams up in your mouth, probably starting world war 3 with bacteria and fungus in there. Every wild ale from now on will be more boring...
