Can 0.5l, one year aged. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- salt, fermented quince, medlar. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, sharp moderate sourness, quite salty, lime, quince, brine. Medium bodied. A bit odd, interesting, tasty.

Ein Quitten-Sauerbier 🍋 bekommt man auch nicht alle Tage. Als solches ist es aber voll ok 🆗. Mir persönlich etwas zu sauer, aber dadurch auch ordentlich erfrischend. Ich brauche es nicht mehr, aber Quittenfreunde können gerne zugreifen.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Murky golden-yellow body, off-white head. Lime scented washing liquid in the aroma. Funky taste, creamy, detergent lime and salt overload. Just weird, sacrificing drinkability for the gimmick.
