Shared bottle in Durban 16.03.15, with OEN and RS. Slightly hazy pale yellow. White head and lacing. Superb aroma of English golding or tergrt hops and fresh grass. Very fine taste as well, with fresh grass, flowerfields and tropical fruits.

Clear golden coloured body with literally zillions of small bubbles rising from the bottom in a super fast fashion wiht a soapy, large five centimetre tall white head. Aroma of pale malt, lemons, wheat, coriander seed and some stale sugars. Light-bodied; Lemony flavour with a very sour/tart note from yeast and a little malt flavour also noticeable - but this is very light and fragrant. Aftertaste shows a touch of some stale malt, a bit of a sweet touch and a definite lemon and very fresh/refreshing beer throughout. Overall, a decent beer with a very light feeling and worth some space in your suitcase to bring back home! I sampled this South African style stubby bigger bottle, 55 cL bottle, purchased from Harley’s Liqour and Wine Specialist in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa on 31-December-2011 for ZAR22,90 sampled at home the day my first child’s passport arrived in order to travel back to South Africa, here in Washington on the opposite side of the world, on 06-July-2013.

Hazy blonde. Light, slightly fruity and a little bit of hop. Touch of yeastiness. The balance is ok, but the character seems timid. Of course, there isn’t much brewing on South Africa’s east coast.

Bottled 340ml (BZ, BBE 10/2011)
Pale yellow color, small mostly vanishing white head. Dusty grainy aroma with hints of vegetables. Light bodied, crisp carbonation. Light, fruity-yeasty and grainy flavor. Rice-like sweetness. Short finish, low bitterness. Feels almost like a lager. Bottle could be more fresh.

2011-06-23, bottle from Maruhn, Darmstadt, 7-3-6-2-11=29
Cloudy blond color. Strong aroma of apricot jam, and some Saaz-like hops. Weak body and light flavor of nothing; low bitterness. Strange...

2011-02-05, bottle, 5-1-5-2-9=22
Hazy blond color; no head retention. Aroma of hop and plastic. Dry mouthfeel, poor malt flavor, some bitterness and yeast. Useless.
