Unfiltered, slightly cloudy ale brewed with Icelandic barley and organic Icelandic thyme in honor of Snorri Sturluson, chieftain at Borg, the manor our brewery is named after. The pungent aroma of the thyme juxtaposes the fresh, fruity taste, giving Snorri a unique character.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy with airy white head. Clear aroma of herbs, with notes of hops and yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and thyme, with soapy notes and touches of yeast. Bitter and spicy aftertaste with estery notes. Not bad, especially for fans of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Acceptable for anybody else.

Bottle, 5.3%. Papery and perfumy aroma. Hazy light golden colour. Very small chalk white head. The flavour is also perfumy. Oh, it turns out to be thyme. Well, not bad at that. Clean and refreshing in spite of its soapiness.

0,33l bottle. Clear light golden beer with medium head. Aroma has lot of soap and flowers with also some fruits and herbs. Flavor is not so rich. It has herbs and some fruits and light malts, but not as much as the aroma has. Medium body.
