Milder und dunkel malziger Geruch. Lascher Antrunk, her, langweilig malzig. Konstant bleibend, die Aromen wechseln nicht. Im Abgang etwas kräftiger und leicht röstig. Mild und nicht sehr interessant. Test vom 27.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,6,6,9,7 - 7,15

Thanks for FatPhil at ZBF 08. Brown/amber with thin beige head. Bit of spicy malt. Some hops. Malts are soft but carbonation is hard. It is ok, but a bit cardboardy.

Had this at ZBF, St Niklaas, Belgium 02-03-08 many thanks to Fatphil for sharing this beer Some sweet soft molassess on the nose along with some obvious marzipan and very soft malty flavours, pour mid brown with some haze, not bad.

Bottled (BB 07/2008)
Ruby red color, mostly vanishing head. Sweet nose with saccarine, toasted malts and brown sugar - aroma is crossover of Finnish Christmas beers and Estonian dark lagers (Saku Tume). Crisp carbonation. Typical Nokian flavors: roasted, burned malty with odd yeasty or vegetably notes with caramel malts mixed in. In the aftertaste alcoholic notes with some grassy bitterness. More less a copy of Nokian’s Pääsiäisolut.

Bottled. Deep reddish brown colour, with mediumsized beige creamy foamy head. Aroma is big time malts, caramel, some slight toffee and dark fruits. Flavour is sweet malts, dark dry fruits, some mild roastiness, mild nuttyness and honey. Aftertaste is smoke and wood.
