DDH IPA with coffee and cascara.

Together with Falkon, we brewed something special for the brewery's 11th birthday. We chose anaerobically processed coffee, freshly roasted for us at Rusty Nails. We also chose a pleasantly fruity cascara in a ratio of 2:1. For the cherry, forest fruit and citrus profile, we decided on a hop combination of Strata Cryo, HBC 630 and Citra for DDH. All on a smooth, creamy body with plenty of wheat and oat flakes.

Společně s Falkonem jsme pro jeho 11. narozeniny pivovaru uvařili něco speciálního. Vybrali jsme anaerobně zpracovanou kávu, kterou nám čerstvě upražili v Rusty Nails. K tomu jsme zvolili příjemně ovocnou cascaru v poměru 2:1. K profilu třešní, lesních plodů a citrusů jsme se rozhodli pro chmelovou kombinaci Strata Cryo, HBC 630 a Citra. Vše na hladkém, krémovém těle se spoustou pšeničných a ovesných vloček.

Fad på BeerGeek bar. Grumset gylden med fint skum. Dufter af malt med lidt frugt. En pæn bitterhed.

Tap at Beergeek Bar with Viktor. Hazy golden-orange body, tan head. Coffee and citrus notes in the soft sweetish aroma. Creamy taste, soft coffee notes, light citrus at best. Simple but tasty and nice really!

Tap @ BeerGeek Bar, Prague. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, coffee and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 250723
