Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small beige head. Nose is complex, with a wonderful black currant pithiness, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour reveals a deep black currant character, lots of pithiness, and bugginess. A bit acidic but acceptably so. Excellent.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear mahagony with a white head. Musty old wood and tart currants on the nose. Flavour has a great musty old wood character with vibrant, pungent currants. Excellent.

Vintage 2023. Czerwono-rozowa barwa, bardzo metne, od razu czuje sie w nosie owoce i liscie porzeczki swiezo zerwane z krzaczka. Kwasne i cierpkie, sciagajace, mocno alkoholowe. Wyraziste, deser wytrawny, mocno owocowo kwasny. bardzo dobre.

0,375l bottle from Funky Fluid online store. Bbe 31.12.2025. Clear red beer, looks exactly like a red wine. Pleasant aroma of currant berries, vanilla and red wine twist. Flavor has berries and tart notes. Medium body, quite nice sour.
