Just a hint of hops and glue in the aroma. Hoppy flavor, just a bit flowery. Slight hopbitter aftertaste. Fairly thin with a clean palate.

*Old rating, best before 27.10.05. Malzig-neutrales, leicht frisches Bier. Malzig-süßlich, aber irgendwie unrund.

Swing-top bottle (Labeled Christoph’s Classic Premium Pilsener at 4.9%). Strong sweet barley/hay aroma. Hazy medium yellow color with small head. Sweet barley/hay wort flavor with lightly bitter grass finish. Okay but seems to not have finished fermenting.

Bottle, 4.9%. Aroma seems a bit sweet for a pils. The same goes for the flavour. Low to medium bitterness and low carbonation.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a blonde foamy head. Slightly dusty, sweetish, buttery malty aroma with a shy herbal blend. Initially sweet malty, later very slim and flat, slightly herbal hoppy, light-bitter finish.

Flip-tpo bottle: Das Bier ist nicht so schwach, wie joss es vorfand.....:Straw golden coloured, slightly hazy, small, but stable foamy white layer; sweet-malty, grainy, bready nose with a tinge of hoppiness; moderate sweet, slightly bitter flavour, solid malty base; sweet-malty and slightly bitter finish. A very malt accented, kind of Bohemian Pilsener........

Was is eigendlich ein Bier?
