Do našeho Farmhouse jsme použili asi nejvíce druhů obilovin ze všech našich piv. Základem je plzeňský slad, doplněný špaldovým sladem, torrefikovanou pšenicí, pšeničnými vločkami a kyselým sladem. Vzniklo z toho hodně esterové pivo, podobné pivům pšeničným. Do prodeje se bude dostávat postupně v různých stupních zralosti.

(can 0,5l from beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Interesting but not much enjoyable flaw-like esters. Aroma: Fruity, apple, bubblegum, grainy adjuncts. Appearance: Hazy golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, yeasty, spicy, apple, light sourish, some grainy adjuncts. Palate: Medium body.

Can 0.47l from the brewery. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- apple, pear, quince, apple core, spices, clove. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, lightly bitter, spices, earthy, citrusy, apple, apple core, quince. Medium bodied. Great.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Can from the brewpub, shared with Motelpogo & MOwbeer. Hazy golden body, white head. Apricot, honey and apple notes in the aroma. Sweetish taste, apple, grainy and honey notes, pleasant grainy notes. Not bad overall, pleasantly soft, but not thrilling either.
